You might have read the above in-game. While the poll continues, if you take a look at it, you can see there’s plenty of room for improvement on the forums regarding getting help for playing the game. Until I can get a subsection created on the forums to contain help requests, I’ve created “Requests for Help” threads in the most intuitive topic areas to handle all player requests for help.
When submitting a request for help:
- Please try to comment the request in the appropriate section. Example: If you have a question about Thar’ga ship builds, post to the " Requests for Help - Ships" thread. Sure, sometimes it’s hard to decide where to post the request - “will my request get answered faster in this thread of another?”
- Please be polite when asking for help. People who might respond to your request do so taking time away from from other activities.
When responding to a help request:
- Be as clear and concise as you can manage to answer the help request.
- Please be polite when responding. We’re not here to chase away new players or returning players who have questions.
