Had an interesting idea.
Perhapse this will help make the game a little less grinding-ish, and a little more enjoyable with more options.
the idea is to make your faction rep gain flow off into the other races faction.
For example I am a warden player, If i gain 100,000 Faction rep, 10% should flow off into legion. This way i will be level 1-2 legion when im level 4-5 warden. this will help players make a switch in a direction if they want that switch, and will not have to start from the ground.
