Well…I gave up.

Get an ECM with Kinetic supercharger, hide somewhere near an object, damage yourself, heal, repeat, profit.

Best way to do it is Tai’Kin with piercing missiles, get HRS and heal with with that, try not to die until you get it, after getting it you can die and repeat it.
