It like an active synergy kinda thing. When you kill peeps you get better at killing peeps in short bursts.

They’re meant to be alternatives. One gives less effect faster. The other gives more effect slower.

What do you mean by this?
Does 3 assist/kill start the cooldown of 30sec
Or does it put cooldown to 0
Either way, it only seems overly strong for people who can already handle gunships very, while sounding really useless for less experienced players. Also is a huge buff when you are on the winning team, but pretty useless when your team is getting completely crushed.

There is a cooldown after activation regardless of available charges. And to accumulate one charge you must kill 3 enemies. Charge accumulation does not affect cooldown. It just affects whether or not you can use the module.

Okay then, what i said is even more the case… Pros gonna have a ton of fun with a stronger, longer lasting Overdrive with less cooldown, but new players or loosing teams will have difficulties activating this thing more than 3 times in a battle.
