after using it for quite some time i realised that it used to be a learned skill

i double checked and apperantly theres a skill for it like i remember

you can still use it without buying the skill and the same goes for railgun mods called antimatter

now i know theres going to be a change in the skill tree anyways, but i figured i should report it.

Thanks for the report. But this is working as intended. The devs removed a few skill tree requirements for the change of the skill tree.
