Plasma and blaster turret need a buff

I’ve been testing those turret for a while and so does a lot of players since that one of the only module that can be used for a new player.

1 / BLASTER TURRET

-Dmg are way too low! the passive mod AND the active mod as well!

-turret rotation speed is too low for a turret that is supposed to be made for close combat!

-fire rate WAY too low is passive! it feel completly useless!

-active time is too shoort!

-the spread is litteraly extreme!

Recommandation:

_ R13-15 _

A:from 475 to 1200 (at mk4)

B:from 90 to 160° at least! optimal: 180°

C:from 90/s to 120 and 240 in active

D:from 5sec to 10 at least! optimal: 15 sec

E:from 2° to 0.5 in passive and 1.3 in active

_ R10-14 _

A:from 455 to 1100 (at mk4)

B:from 90 to 160° at least! optimal: 180°

C:from 90/s to 120 and 240 in active

D:from 5sec to 10 at least! optimal: 15 sec

E:from 2° to 0.5 in passive and 1.3 in active

_ R7-11 _

A:from 430 to 1000 (at mk4)

B:from 90 to 160° at least! optimal: 180°

C:from 90/s to 120 and 240 in active

D:from 5sec to 10 at least! optimal: 15 sec

E:from 2° to 0.5 in passive and 1.3 in active

2/ PLASMA TURRET

-Projectiles speed is too slow!

-turret rotation speed is too low for a turret that is supposed to be made for mid-long range combat!

-dmg are too low is passive!

-fire rate in passive should be higher!

-active time is too shoort!

-A new visual effect is needed!

 

Recommandation:

_ R13-15 _

A:from 3100 to 7500m/s

B:from 90 to 160° at least! optimal: 180°

C:from 1100 to 2500

D:from 60 to 90/s

E:from 5sec to 10 at least! optimal: 15 sec

F:Yes a new visual is realy needed! ^^ i’ll go straight to the point: it’s ugly.

_ R10-14 _

A:from 3000 to 7400m/s

B:from 90 to 160° at least! optimal: 180°

C:from 1055 to 2445

D:from 60 to 90/s

E:from 5sec to 10 at least! optimal: 15 sec

R7-11

A:from 2900 to 7300m/s

B:from 90 to 160° at least! optimal: 180°

C:from 990 to 2395

D:from 60 to 90/s

E:from 5sec to 10 at least! optimal: 15 sec

 

Please take time to look at your weapon and modules for destroyers stats it’s realy important!

 

 

I doubt that 180 turn rate would be sufficient for blaster turret; has to be atleast 240, because that’s how nimble some of the interceptors can be. Also, increase the maximum weapon ranges by some. All of us symmetry obsessed people would also appreciate being able to equip 2 turrets of same type.

And then similar treatment to A1MA too.

And also a visual rework, because only one of the two cannons of the plasma turret is firing.

No that turret is supposed to be a close range protection 2k is enough

180° is enough, I know that reading it seems quite low but it’s more than enough, a ceptor turn speed is arround 130°/s

I’m trying to balance it so Russian veteran don’t call it op aim bot ^^

I love my plasma turret, it is absolutely perfect at shooting predators that are 5km away and drawing them to me while I am already fighting another 2 of them.

 

Yes plasma turret range got increased In the last sneaky update

Well, at least you don’t get spawnkilled at a gate by camping preds.
