Are we ever going to see these packs available on Steam? And preferably before the Steam Summer Sale ends? I think there is a general consensus that the pirate packs are very overpriced at the moment, and any discount would help. Also, to not have these available to a good majority of the gaming community through arguably the most popular digital distribution platform seems silly to me. I told you Gaijin that if the DLC packs went on sale, I would purchase. So hear me out again and offer these on Steam and at a discounted rate (more than you have the original DLC’s please) and you will see another purchase in your future. I just don’t get you guys sometimes.
I agree! I,m planning to buy a pirate pack, but only if its available though STEAM. If this happens in the near future, great. If not, I might change my mind about it.

Steam cant just put anything on sale they want, it has to be ok’d by the property owner first last I checked. Gaijin submitted the pirate packs to steam upon their implimentation as well, and steam has not added them yet.

This is a bit of a misguided statement.
I’ve followed up on this a few times now - all the information required was submitted to Valve, but they’ve not added them to the Steam platform yet. Bear in mind that they just went (it’s almost done now) through the busiest period of the entire year at Steam with the Summer sales.
I would expect the pirate packs on Steam soon, though I’d love to see someone at Gaijn follow this up more actively and make it a short-term reality. A fair few of us want to part with our money but prefer doing so through a platform where we already own DLC and which already has our payment details anyway.
ARRRRRRRRRRRG!!! I just saw the new Pirate DLC is now available on STEAM. So, next week I’m getting some. Be on the lookout, for I shall have some more new ships for ya’ll to shoot at. Thanks to all at Gaijn and Steam for working to make this happen quicker than I thought, also, I’d like to thank all at Gaijn for this game. It’s GREAT, and I love it!
One more thing, in case any nubes might read this, all those who suck at this 'cause they have little or no skills, and keep griping on how they stink and then get killed and whine and moan about how one-sided the matches are, how quickly they explode, or how hard it is to get a kill, complete a mission, or whatever other insignificant petty BS complaint, think about this. This is still under development, its in BETA! Its in constant change, adapt or die!!
It might help to know: upgraded ship /w max synergy and a poor pilot ability = a easy kill. A few hours of flying time and a DLC pack don’t make an elite mercenary pilot. Not even in cyberspace. If your not mature enough to know that this is interactive based entertainment, you might be better off going back to candy crush. Personally, I find many comments in chat rather amusing, but, PLEASE, keep flying while your crying, WE ALL LOVE EASY TARGETS!!!
