Is it just me or the Panther’s effect went byby? I’m just afraid they removed it for the moment, to introduce it as a payed option

The effect is still there. You can see it ingame but for some reason it doesn’t work in the hangar

panther, flamberge, blood tormentor etc. have animated “energy” effects on their model.
the panther has some white glow moving along its hull.
