Wait. PvP in SWToR is limited to Free players? Well, that can’t be a good model…
When i stopped playing, f2p players could only do 5 pvp matches per week. As i mentioned however, the main story line of each class is well worth it. Just consider it as a single player game, rather than an mmorpg.
WT is just you, your plane and your guns. The MM will still screw you in the xxxx, though.
Most of the time you still play against same tier ships, very rarely meet ships which cannot be shot down by your ships. Only later on when you start getting put against jets is this more noticeable, and still then, they can be shot down.
LoL/Dota… no. Just no. Maybe because I don’t like the game concept, idk… But I gathered no enthusiasm from those games.
Mobas arn’t for everyone i guess, i enjoyed it for a good 2 years, but eventually the community was just too much to put up with… Feeders raging cause their team sucks, when in fact the loss is their fault. Junglers who insist on jungling when they have no clue… typical.
AoEO is just a mess. You either cough up the money or you fight Persians ALL. DAY. LONG. If a game is any kind of P2W, it’s that one.
AOE is a game i rarely pvp in, i usually do coop vs ai, in which case its like any other AoE, but free.
I don’t particularly like TW games, I do prefer the original Civ.
I feel they’re quite similar when it comes to campaign map, but TW games also include the playable battles which can be quite epic.
BL2 is just awesome in a group. And so is Torchlight 2.
Never could get used to the graphics in Torchlight 2, couldn’t really see anything when combats got a bit hectic.
Any SimCity game (except the new one) is an excellent game to waste hours on. Having a poop map isn’t that much of an attraction.
Magicka DOES need a description. Come on… Killing your friends with xxxx mines? Beautiful.
I just assumed everyone knew of it already
Dead Island… Godamnit. It’s like L4D. Without the guns mowing down the walkers.
Mafia II… I’d rather have GTA, tbh. If it’s just a different setting, it’d be something temporary to play, not something I’d spend an overly amount of hours on.
Even if you wanted to spent a tonne of hours in it, you really wouldn’t be able to, you can complete the game in like 10-15 hours of gameplay iirc. The story however is well worth it.
AC or Mirror’s Edge or any other Parkour game with half a decent game engine.
KSP = endless hours of fun. You will be frustrated. You will punch your monitor. But. Eventually. You will die on some faraway planet because you failed to land appropriately.
