When I heard “drones” in the dreadnought briefing, I thought that they would look more, well, dronelike. Instead I got weird copies of t3 ships that look just like bots with weird weapons. Howabout you task your modelers to making an original, scary drone for each faction’s ships? :3

Well drones is technically an accurate term. Drones are UAVs, whether AI controlled or remotely.
The thing that is bugging me is that the model of the drone doesn’t match the name. (Fed ones are Anaconda body but named Osprey, Jer are Crusader body but named Tormentor, Emp are Cerberus body but named Dragon, at least I think they are Dragon)

Yeah, except that it is firing single shots, which is weird…
It’s a thermal coil blaster ;p Or in other words a turboblaster DIN350 because it is the same mechanics as alien weapons ;p
