You know, I was thinking these guys were a bunch of dicks, but for some reason I’ve now decided they are seriously awesome people. :taunt:
I wonder why <_<
Right then.
Hmm I think I have to go on a NASA hunt, you guys are getting too strong

Is that a challenge Error?
*Loads Sweet rolls and munches on one*
I’m ready whenever you’re ready!
I have mixed feelings towards them.
On one hand, they’re an excellent bunch of people, great pilots in solo and gang fights and good tacticians.
On the other, I feel that they, especially LagOps, have something personal against EVO or something <.<
And they’re lazy. I’ve applied for them last Friday, I’ve yet to even hear a “no”, lol
PM me in game or add me as a friend, if you applied then I can give you our TS address.
READ!!! The NASA forums JP. :learn:

Nothing personal against EVO we just destroyed them and no need to keep kicking a dead dog.
Lazy huh? Here’s your answer NO!
Can you guys not premake so much late at night. You confuse the match making by queuing as such a high rating group when there are few pilots on.

We weren’t very nice last night. Won a couple of 4v4 matches where the enemy team did not score any points. I played for ~3 hours, and I think I died twice? And I’m really not that good.

Yeah, I figured you’d have a stick shoved deep in your xxxx, that’s why I joined DYN.
And, lol, NASA “destroying” EVO… EVO died because of low activity, not because some redneck punks decided to kick a dead dog.

Actually EVO died because Uhmari didn’t want to play after devs told him to his face that there will be no open universe. The corp was moved to STO.
EVO faded out because of inactivity, disappointment, and anger. I believe that what is meant by destroying EVO was in battles and the leaderboards.

What is STO?
I can think of quite a few acronyms for that. But they are quite inappropriate for the forums.

Oryngton posts like this one are the reason your not in NASA. :good:
STO is star trek online. You can find EVO there right now as far as I know.
I’ll just say this: last day uhmari logged in the game is the same day when he got the reply from the head dev on the russian forums on his question on open world.
He was also the biggest advocate of the open world being introduced into the game, making polls and other similar stuff. Most if not everything can still be found if you look I believe. He also was openly preparing corp for open world and pretty much counting on it happening.
Finally I asked him if he planned to come back and revive the corp before leaving it - I’m a bit old school in this regard, preferring to stick with the guild/corp and leave only after handing notice and getting it cordially accepted. I was told that EVO is not coming back to SC and one of the reasons stated was “lack of vision for the future of the game”.
Granted there could have been more reasons - I was one of the people in EVO who could actually argue against uhmari’s points actively. I wasn’t a big fan of many of his ideas or the whole “spies, spies everywhere” mentality, and downright disliked quite a few of his ideas and we ended up having quite a few heated arguments about issues on corp vent - people who are still around can probably testify to this. That makes it possible that I wasn’t made privy to some issues for the reasons of “questionable loyalties” or whatever they would get called, but I find this doubtful. At least I never got the vibe that I would have been distrusted, which was somewhat surprising - I wasn’t a long term member, I was allowed into best squads and I picked fights with uhmari in vent. It certainly didn’t match the reputation of the corp that such dissent was suppressed because of all-mighty leader.

4v4 matches where corp squad gets queued against randoms are just plain unfair imho. Last time I had one was yesterday, it was beacon hunt that obviously ended 100-0. I think when there aren’t enough people, queue should just wait for more if the only option is to basically troll four poor randoms. I imagine being on receiving end is pretty soul crushing.

Yeah, I’m sure it has nothing to do with NASA officers acting like dicks, as I’ve seen them do. There’s a handful of pilots in that corporation that DON’T treat others like trash. Well done in gathering a good bunch of people, as you so claim it.
Hate away, I’m sure you’ll have plenty to say against the truth.

Uhmari didn’t leave the game because of that. Ok, here’s the story (90% right, iirc): Uhmari got in a huge fight with the devs over the new matchmaking system. Because of this “discussion”, the devs threw a tantrum and removed ALL controlled systems we had (4-6 at the time) and promptly kicked him off the dev suggestion team, or w/e it’s called. Uhmari then threw his own tantrum and quit SC, leaving EVO to die. Everyone pretty much went their own way after that, though most of the pilots migrated to STO.
