Instead of tooltips appearing in loading screens, make a news bar in hangars so they can be actually read by players.

What kind of news would be displayed there? 

Btw, there is something similar already in game.

I said news bar to explain how it works, not it’s content, the content of said bar would be the tooltips displayed on the loading screens.

We have news screen in the game already. We’re aimed to сut the interface in the hangar to make it less complicated. I like “Space Station Bar” thing, but not sure that it may happen in the near future.

Ah well, something that can really put out those tips would be nice, loading screens tend to be very short for me lol
