I suggest that the new resources (Neodium, Beryllium, Unobtainium, Monocrystals, etc) be obtainable by scrapping upgrade kits and stuff like the other resources.

Okay, Doomb0t needs to implement this resource.
Anyways this would be a bit over powered for rich players (I mean few of the resources, mostly monocrystal)… I think.
