Currently the new lead indicator is simply a circle for you to aim at, which is a downgrade from the previous HUD. I suggest to add a dot or cross in the centre of the lead indicator to aid in aiming, as it was before this patch. This could be changed in the HUD options menu if others prefer the new system.
I want the old lead back. I am having trouble with the new lead.

I don’t mind seeing everyone’s lead indicator at the same time, its just that the lack of dot in the centre makes precision weapons such as the gauss cannon harder to use than before.
Same for positron.
Same for Beam Cannon.
Considering how those secondary lead indicators do not have ping compensation and aim assistance mechanics, you shouldnt be really aiming into center of it anyways.
And beam cannons, really? The gun that you aim into enemy hitbox? Why would you need a dot???

Both. I have high ping so the unlocked lead indicator is completely useless for me
