New craftables

Can you define what constitutes 80%?

For instance, do you get fully crafted ship parts back, or you do get only the raw resources?

Ship parts and credits, i do not know about rounds it up or down, probably down.

All roles will be craftable. But not in this year. Lezort told this in yesterday russian stream.

Gee, it’d be nice if they’d bother to keep us in the loop…

Anyway, thanks for the info, Zerk.

Railgun bonuses would be kinda pointless on a Tackler. I expect it would be more likely for it to have a weapon cooling rate bonus of 10% or more, because Gravi-beamers. And possibly an Afterburner consumption bonus of 20% and a Speed bonus of 10%.

I know that’d be better but since I’m a Gauss xxxx I’d love to have projectile speed bonus on the Tackler + a crit chance/damage. Then put 3 CPUs on it and maybe 2-3 Capacitors. Glass Cannon but powerful shots.

So why not simply fit a Mjolnir this way? They get the railgun bonuses, plus they have the Gunship module that boosts Crit Chance. Granted, you can’t cloak everywhere, but that chassis is more suited for Gauss Crits.

Plus, I’m kinda afraid that if they do give the Tackler a railgun bonus instead of a laser bonus, it’ll screw up my own dastardly build…  :fed001:

Because I dislike Gunships but love Tacklers and Commands. I love Tacklers because they are good against interceptors, so is the Gauss (supposedly). That’s why I use Railguns on Gunships and Gauss on Tacklers.

Also the Mjolnir is too big for my tastes. I hope the craftable Tackler is not that big.

Given that the Lion chassis has the proportions of a small frigate… it’s probably going to be quite large.

As far as a Gauss build, at least with a Cooling bonus, you still get some help when doing charge shots. Maybe they’ll be nice enough to give it a generic crit bonus, but I’m not holding my breath.

but I’m not holding my breath.

Me neither. Excalibur, Mjolnir and Piranha B2 already have rail bonuses so it wont happen. Also a cooling bonus could be cool but Shared Cooler can do the job too.

What do you guys think the bonuses for special modules will be?

They don’t need to have them. Caltrop and Mjolnir don’t have them so…

You misunderstand. Efefay means, what will the variations of the special modules be.

I suspect the Armada Chameleon will be 23 seconds long and that’s about it. The Vanguard Chameleon will be 18 seconds long, but things like Plasma Web, and colliding with objects won’t disrupt it.

SF understands me. @я!ге$ bring her back soldier XD

Can you be the English forum’s liaison for Russian forums? XD

Just keep us updated on alien ships, dreadnaughts, modules and weapons, and craftables. Any information leaked will be posted to english forums and I shall be pm’d immediately.

Oh that. I completely forgot about it but now I’m more interested about the matter. I’d like to know how the different ELRF were in the past, they might bring them back with the craftable ships.

If the Empire gets a craftable LRF with the old Wardens disintegrator burn, I’d be all over that.

I’d love. JLRF who’s torpedo could slow down, speed up and strafe at the expense of distance fuel.

Edit: wait I forgot. Only main roles for each faction will be craftable… Aww…

Well the Jerry torp actually had different versions. But since that is an “extra” role, it probably won’t happen… Though there could be 6 options on the ELRF craftable that give options for Disint or JTorp.

I think Legion disintegrator had slightly increased range and a moderate damage boost. The Warden variant had a burn effect that caused damage over time. I think it may have also ‘burned’/drained the target’s energy pool.

Keep in mind that I didn’t own an LRF until after these special variants were removed, so all I ever saw was the flavor text.

Jerry torp had same first buff but second one burned energy instead of do damage.

Also, some special abilities like the Command’s Diffusion Shield, were created after they removed special variants.

Personally, I would love to see them be a little more creative with the special abilities. Right now you have 1. The standard ability that nobody will choose, 2. The improved standard ability that is better than the original in every stat, 3. The unique ability that adds a special effect onto the original stats.

Which really only leaves pilots with 2 options, since it would be rather silly to go with the standard special when option 2 is always better.
