Totally agree with what thunderflame said, the recon is good op enough with such a thing like return point they can get to whenever and wherever. To steal ships just doesn’t fit the role, that should’ve been the main module of a covops.

I have done something so evil that it isn’t funny anymore. I went all the way back to our spawn, put a return point, and teleported an enemy Jerico guard captain. That moment when you see your comrades all 40k+ away from you and there are a wall of red ships in between that’s closing their distance. You be like why am I here, what did I do to deserve this, what is the meaning of life  template.jpg

What I do when a player kill me. Is warping them to spawn, then leaving them here without even trying to kill them. Letting my team deal with them.  ![:005j:](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/005j.png “:005j:”)

[@Milfeulle](< base_url >/index.php?/profile/236752-milfeulle/) Try warping Thargas on top of your LRFs and see what happens, as an experiment, or a destroyer on top of your captain.

I think this teleportation ability should be moved to an Ellydium Engineer, tbh :U

In that case, a frigate is much easier to see coming or avoid… and they’re more heavily punished for being out of position, so its more difficult to pull off cheese strategies like this in something that most ships can outrun or see coming a mile away, but it could still be great for saving an ally who’s on a sliver of hull.

Anyway. I still insist on the fact that Jump Crystal (and to a lesser extent, other specials) is in most situations better for the win then Return Crystal.

I would have never been as efficient then this, using return crystal. By heavily spamming the jump, I was constantly protecting/attacking all beacons, putting pressure on the whole team.

I would have never been as efficient then this, using return crystal. By heavily spamming the jump, I was constantly protecting/attacking all beacons, putting pressure on the whole team.

Jump drive is nice due to it can heal you over and over, but the reason I choose return crystal is for captain assassin where each team is just stand off and nobody make a move, you see this big fat juicy destroyer at their enemy base and there’s nothing you can do about it. You know you can kill it in 15 seconds but before you can do that, your’re already dead by focused fire upon at least 4 ships. Also beacon capture mode which is basically the same thing and you only get 1 live, I play it careful and teleport all their essential ship off their base and reduce enemy force to only intie/fighters. The down side is very obvious, there are no hull heal and recover all your hull back is a pain. I wish individual ship can have crew setting as well so I can have a jump ship, return crystal ship, quantum leap ship, and repeated jump ship. I have 100-200 ping on EU and RU server so jump drive may not be that suitable for me ![:p](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/004.png “:p”)

You know what guys, lets just deal with it ![:D](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/006j.png “:D”) we can talk all day but multiple Ulysses S. Grants told a whole different story as soon as the DLC was out, if you know what i mean.

It will be the same course as usual, release OP and new materials of course to gain in short time, parts on sale 50% off, then a small buff up , next GS on sale , several new patches some “nerfs”, GS on sale again, later on release new Elydium ship start all over again, pray to something magical to happen.

I like how the nuke’s damage is equal to a space xxxx’s damage, but a recon weapon makes 175K damage on a destroyer with 3 shots.

This was a fun game, it wasn’t OP and I had to fly it like it would die if it got hit by anything… I think I flew smarter than I usually do :wink: I’d love to have return crystals though, the amount of experiments you can do with that… Have to settle for 4k warp tunnel, purple xxxx and hull repair kit. Plasma gun.

 

 

 

Taikin jump so long distances. Imagine frigate jump. They too fast to do it. Definitely need proportional equation.

   Developers must be kidding when they do things like Tai’Kin ship sooooo powerful that not even the hardest destroyers have any chance against it. COME ON DEVS YOU ARE FVCKIN UP THIS GAME AND MAKING IT UNPLAYABLE!!!   DO SOMETHING URGENT PLEASE!!! 

    I was a great defender of this game in the past, but now I’m not even recommending it anymore. Soon sadly I will quit playing Star Conflict. Consider that developers you are loosing good paying players and they are quitting the game because of the MESS YOU ARE DOING!!!

stats does not matter, plus the stats he have is the avrage stats of most of players in sc (there is not only op vets playing sc) and yes tai’kin IS broken i stop counting how many time i saw a single tai’kin surving alone vs 6 players after him while behing the last alive… and have you try to fight one while in a frigate or destroyer ? if not do it and you’ll see what wrong.
