Nerf the Tai'Kin

Either nerf it, or remove it.  It is WAY too powerful.  No R7 ship should be able to take on a R15 like that and win, i’ve seen it myself.  You guys really, REALLY lack the understanding behind the meaning of the word “Balanced.”  Please, go get a Dictionary, and study.  And then go back to school and learn to program.

Are you sure they do not know what balance is? Or maybe they do intentionally avoid it because broken ships sell well.
I mean, you saw that they can balance ships. Technically most ships except Dart, Gargoyle and the Ellydium ships are not too broken. Oh and weapon wise, Proximity Mortar is broken af, but guess what it did cost GS.

Actually standard ships are not broken, mostly because they are all the same. 

Remember? This is a “Keep Paying 2 Win” game model.
This means that all initial releases will be overpowered, however, once these ships start to be acquired legitimately in-game, they will be brought to normal performance.

at one point of the game there will only be Ellydium ships flying around anywhere anyways lol. If we get every 2-3 months 1 new elly ship you can do the math by yourself when only those will fly around in any mission/mode lol.

I kinda had the hope that i maybe would give me the pain for the time when the elly dessies will come but i highly doubt already that i will go through the pain of the contracts and their crazy ideas why they want from you to achive… so screw this whole elly thing and enjoy yourself beeing an easy prey when doing PvP things and 80% of the team will only have elly ships in their roster haha.

Well, the returning crystal is already total BS. 

In itself, it would made a r1 recon overpowered in a t5 fight. 

 

I mean, being able to war enemies/allies up to 10km away? 

its the new meta… deal with it.

 

the next elly frig is going to be a meta too, rendering this one obsolete, as taikin did with tharga.

BTW positron lrf still works against all elly ships, thargas are as strong as sparks and taikins are like jericho ecms, sometimes even like federation covops…

And if I lost in the end, it’s because I’m full mk1 with no tai kin blueprints unlocked, and that my ally was useless (Had to warp him to force him to fight …)

Unless the player fits a Tackler with multipurpose modules instead of Tackler modules, Tai’Kin and the rest of the inties will be a headache. 

Trust me, a well fitted tackler will mean the end of any intie (That;s the role of a Tackler: to destroy inties)

You could ask WolfKhan (hasnt been on lately) I used to dogfight him on customs, his Caltrop could mess up any ship I bringed to him (even the Tyrant WITHOUT THE DESSIE NERFS) … the only thing that really ended his ‘fiesta’ was my Sword AE, which was fitted to deal with mosquitoes ![;)](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/002.png “;)”)

Wolfkhan… does not know how to build ships. He obsesses with high shield regen for some reason. That might work in 1v1, but in a 12v12 game there’s no chance. And there’s not much a tackler can do against a shpt that can reverse time. I’ve not met many of them so far but the ones I have met seem quite strong. I just hope the buff to the tackler modules to prevent teleporting will be sufficient. We’ll see.

Using a survival module prevent inhibitor beam from working for 2 seconds. Which is more then enough to warp. Outside of this, just use invisibility.

Yeah it was designed to make a stalemate and cause you to self destruct.

Or you could bring something to reduce his regen, like phaser or spy drones and just kill him

why would you bring 2 tacklers in the squad… the whole reason to be in the squad is to combine multiple roles effectively…

Accident. One of us eventually self destructed and switched to a cov ops to break the stalemate, then we wrecked the other guy in a destroyer. It was a xxxx 2v2 for some reason.

2v2… did you not have other ships equipped? Why would you even bring a support tackler into a 2v2?
