Actually it is more complicated than this! it is vicious circle:
Snow prevents muricans to get to McDonalds to get their fat shots → Muricans becomes less fat → their cars loses traction with the roads - > impossible to drive → even less weight → less tractions → …
and it is all spirals out of control from there

So after years since SecCon, no squads, no teamplay and restrictions imposed on playing squads of same corporation, this happens
This is not about what happened during the game, who won or not (props to all the guys on red NASA, especially JoJo for pulling it together), but this is about the fact of it happening, this is a milestone a lot of us in NA NASA have been waiting for a very long time, we actually now allowed to play. I can’t remember when was the last time 2x NASA squads faced each other outside of a “fun custom” battles.
We had an OWL v OWL 8v8 in last weekend’s tournament. Unfortunately it was f***ing boring due to destroyer camp, so I didn’t even bother to post it…

And that is precisely my point, for longest time EU and Ru population had it great - up to 12v12 Sec cons, plenty of opponents to do 8v8 Sec con, there were more or less squads in t3/4/5, leagues, automated tournament, Intercorporate tournaments, events, DevHunts, plenty of opponents in Dreadnaughts and so on, what NA population has had? NONE of it, the closest thing we had is the automated tournament t3, once a week, but even then that is borderline too early for plenty of our NA guys. And yet, the loudest whiners around here are the EU, how everything is 5h1t, while most of NA sit in a corner and wish we had a fraction of gameplay available to them.
