Idea of tournaments is to win at any cost to move on. Spawn camping is not bad sportsmanship because IT IS a tournament. Should you allow the enemy the chance to win? No.
I totally agree, according to how the rules were set up, it was the smartest thing to bulk up kill points, because even though you may win the match you’re in, if the other teams had gotten more kills your team would lose on that technicality and not move on to the next stage.
