Try this
1x Whole chicken (with skin) ~1.5 kg (in Murican language ~3 lb)
1x box of salt (1-1.5 kg)
Dry spices
Wash your chicken :), rub it with spices (any of these will do https://goo.gl/X8tB62 )
dump all of the salt on a baking tray as layer and place the chicken on the salt (back facing down)
Preheat oven for 180C (360 deg Fahrenheit) and then put your tray in the oven, come back in 80-90 minutes (you gonna need ~50-60 minutes per 2LB of chicken)
Recipe sounds kinda weird 1ts time cooking it, but there whole bunch of science going on in making the chicken really great in the process ”) Most of the fat will be absorbed by the salt, and the chicken skill will keep the moisture in. Takes next to no effort to make and yet you get one of the best tasting home cooked chicken this way ”)
