Dear Star Conflict Masters of the Universe.
This is my suggestion please spend some time reviewing it.
First off, If I provided too much knowledge about your infrastructure please know that I apologize and was not my intention. (Don’t ban me bro) The only info that I will provide will be public knowledge. You have made incredible changes with squads, que times, game length and it has me so happy this is my attempt to help increase the NA player base.
Since open-space has been propagated to NA servers, I have noticed a drastic decrease in solo and squad PVP games in NA servers. Infact, I have preformed a grep though my SC logs and its close to 1 in 30 games I will get a NA server. I have made the assumption for this was because of a number of factors one of which is you removed your Houston server along with the massive compute required for NA openspace and NA PVE. As such this change currently effects the NA pvp servers.
In 2014 - 2015 you had:

Currently, for your hosting it appears you use softlayer. I have asked before what your compute requirements were and if your server was virtual or physical. You did not respond so I will make a number of assumptions. So lets do a basic compairison requirement for hosting in the US is 4 cores and 8gb of ram with a 100gb hd we can clearly see your price per month is $146.29. ( I m sure yours is much larger but I need to make a ** comparison ** somewhere. ) That does not include bandwidth: For Softlayer I think bandwidth is capped and subject to pricing.
The basic compairison cost associated to NA Servers Currently:
If you were to think of switching to new providers specifically in Canada you could see a major reduction in rack and compute montly cost requirements as the same equipment can be rented at 49.99 Canadian. I think you are using docker which is built in. I assume standing up new nodes would be pretty simple based on your design and basically you could have close to 6 servers for the same price. Not to mention this is in Canadian dollars which is .77 of an american dollar. Which makes the 49.99 per month become 38.64 if you were compairing US to CAD currency. Meaning for the same price you could have close to 8 NA nodes at the same cost. Please note depending on your current compute requirement the price per month should scale close the the same.
Switching proivders would be a very large cost reduction that you can port into NA advertisements or in general NA server addtions.
Hope it was at least worth your read.
Thanks
