There’s a lot aliasing ! Maybe you need to do change GPU. Why upgrade to a newest to got less quality ?
And tell me why 999 Nvidia Titan Z are needed. You work at the NASA and make some GPU computing for simulate galaxy. And the power that they requires 375W for each one oh and for our ring arround 374,625kW !
And to get a ping equal to 0 that’s impossible because even in a LAN you get 1 ping latency.

A AMD R9 280x (I changed the max framerate in the config file to 1(normally I get even on 7680*4320(8k) and max settings 1.4fps or more))
