the EB has a passive ability it gives you and can only give it to you once.
It’s much like the Damage Control in Eve, which is also limited to one.
No need to be rude, even if fox, he is right, you dont need to open hundred threads, as, this removes attention from things you probably really want to say.

Buddy, he is not talking about Emergency Barrier, but good try. Or maybe he is, who knows.
No, I mean it would still only function once, but would give you extended effects.
Example:
1 barrier=1s shield
2 barrier=2s shield
Also there’s no decent way for me to put the small ideas out there for the devs without makin a whole new thread. Nobody but Kato stalks my statuses, and there isn’t exactly an accepted way to send the ideas straight to the devs without them telling you to make a thread about it.

The thing is, the recipee of the EB works similar in terms of mechanic design, like the damage control in eve, which however is more important for your hull there: it is one module which is basicly stronger than it should be but optional;
to limit it, it is basicly the exception of the rules, that you can equip items as often as you want.
increasing the EB effect however really makes not much of a difference, so even if you would make it “multiple modules allowed”, it would still be an “exception” of how multiple instances of the module work, which means, why not just leave it at one module max.
it also underlines its importance in fitting.
I actually like Fox’s shittons of threads. Because 1% of them are actually good.
It isn’t the case for this one, tho.
