Any destroyer modules that are in radar range should be detectable and targetable on the HUD.
System should be very similar to the Cruiser in PvE missions, where you can actually see every rocket and plasma missiles in your radar range.
It can also be greatly improved. A new control key or command bind could be implemented as well, specifically meant to actually quickly select your Target’s sub-systems on a destroyer.
Each such module that is highlighted or targeted directly or indirectly, should have a health bar present, either horizontally or vertically, which will show the health of those modules.
In any case, when the destroyer module is disabled or temporarily destroyed, there should be an icon, indicating the time needed to fix itself, all on the HUD as well.

I think they are targetable but only halfway, i would like to see them on hud tho when i get close to a destro tho, maybe on the 750m radius it gets visible?

I had no plans to see them, when they are actually right front of you. I think that Radar should be able to detect everything, to be honest, not just at close range.
Of course, when they are at 750m or closer, they should start to glow up, indicating that they will receive extra damage. That’s about it.

You do acknowledge the fact that the reasons dessies are so squishy under that 750m range bonus is mostly because the modules are destructable right? Making them visible to radar/lockable is more or the less another nerf…
I don’t agree with this idea. I don’t like even the destroyable module idea on other ships I hope they won’t implement it ever. On destroyers its kinda ok because like this we can make bigger amount of damage when we take out the modules, and the destros are special anyway. I’m kinda happy with the current destro balance apart from the vigilants.
ATM and experienced pilot can use unguided missiles to take out the modules because the pilot know where to aim. I think with guided missiles it would be too easy to take out the modules even for aces.
Would be cool but not necessary, plus there will be too many stuff on the screen and there is no real point targeting a module 4k or more away due to the shield

This has nothing to do with my suggestion. You clearly misunderstood the whole thing.
