The lack of any official response to this tells me that it’s intentionally being ignored in the hope that our complaints will just disappear after a month or two.
I posted over on the Russian side (in English because they told me the translated Russian was horrible) and was rather blunt yet not flaming. My reward was finding out my post had been quietly deleted.
It has been stated in another thread that the situation is known and has been forwarded to the devs.
