using the resistances + the Weapon System Inhibitor, a kinetic’s damage that would normally hit 2055 ps (if I keep getting hit by the full shot) will only hit around 560 ps.
using the regeneration as an extra amount of defense in of itself, further to 353. using the bubble shield, I can take my time, and with the other ecm modules, I believe I can reduce that damage to 0. if you have a high crit rate + high damage, I can still tank you.
If you use an EM torp/missile, or the CO lance, I’d have some trouble, but I’m confident in my ability to dodge.

the full damage reduced for the main burst per second, as a whole, is around 83%, if it’s without crit damage. (adding in the shield’s regeneration)
the anti thermal damage is for those nasty little thermal missiles/pulsar/ pulse lasers/mines.
while staying below 50% max speed, the shield regeneration will be boosted to 230, further reducing the base damage to 326. (Roughly 84%)
Meaning, if you want to get passed my shield, it will take 19 seconds of continuous fire, not missing a beat. Also, remember that I can reduce it further via Ion,Stasis and bubble. (keeping you from shooting me while the shield regenerates). so, in reality, it may be almost impossible to break through my shield with just the main gun.
This will also depend on how long it takes you to aim, or the cursor to settle again. with that in mind, the damage ps may already be reduced to 0.
