Currently when you fly 4 man squad, you get bumped up by 2 matchmaking queue pools and you fight vs 1.5-2 higher tier (at least it is the case for t3 squads)
If loot (upgrade kits in particular) got increase in value(higher tier) depending on the difficulty of a pool you got your squad into, that would increase incentives to fly in 4 man squads and face the tougher opposition
Oh, that story. Well, i don’t think chances were increased, but he was right with amount per drop at least. He mentioned not long ago they drop between 10-50 and indeed there were drops of 20 for example.
I still think that the best reward would be a “Hey, you just survived hell-spawns, and even beated the crap out of them… Here, take a x2 multiply for ALL your rewards from the match (Loot value, Artifacts ammount, Synergy and Credits)”. Doesn’t sound too bad, right?

i dunno man, in last 6-8 gameplay hours, i’ve looted 5x T3 MK4s, and god knows how many greens, i had 35 Artifacts prior to the patch, last night i hit 150 and upgraded one module i wanted for very long time… (granted i disassembled some t1/t2/t3 mk4s)

That’s true. The monetary rewards of each loot may be lower, but the ammount of Mk2 and Mk4 upgrade kits is inmense. I don’t have a single T4 ship, but I already have around 10 Mk4 upgrade kits. Not to speak about how easily I’m upgrading all my T3 modules/weapons with the drop.
