Yes you would get the idiots swearing and general trolling and buffoonery.
maybe a corporation members only chat so it can be regulated some how.
corporation members only would kind of beat the point. Corps usually use TS or similar programs which use far less bandwidth to begin with.
As for trolls, normally those tend to stay out of voice chat, but even if you get them, add a mute button.

it isn’t all that expensive to include or rent a voicechat server. Problems are probably more along the lines of it not being top priority in beta and voicechats taking a lot of bandwidth of players
