Is there a module or mod that lowers the likelihood of overheating?
If not, I would LOVE to see one added in.
I, too, want infinite bubbles. 
Hey now, I didn’t say make infinite, just improve. Like 1-5%. Could have a trade off in it.
Not sure how it would interact with “increase rate of fire” modules.
that module is built-in on each human behind the keyboard …
Should be in computer slot as there are just 2 that are an option there and one is not that great. the rest are just fodder.

We have spread reduction in Computer and Passive slot, so it is not a precedent.
And while we are at it, why not cooldown boost ones ?
I rather have my guns cool off in 2 sec instead of 3 or 1.25 instead of 2 rather than having to shoot 7.5 sec continuously instead of 6.
Great ideas. I like them all.
In some situations, cool down means “Fire off a missile.”
I hate when I hear that and I’m on nuke cooldown. Seriously, wtf?
