Hull healing modules

Hull Healing Modules (apart from nanodrone) seem to be incredibly weak, but also have a reuse time thats soo long it feels totally useless to have the module at all, the amount that the repair kit heals is not even a quarter of the health.

 

 

How about reducing the cool down drastically, increasing the output slighty, BUT make its a heal over time… ie instead of healing say 2k instantly… make it heal 200 per sec for 20 seconds (total is 4k) with 2 min cd (120 seconds)

This would mean in the heat of battle its not going to save you, but if you can get a moment to breathe, then it will help you recover and get back into the fight.

anything with a cooldown above 2 mins should really be re-thought, 2 mins in a fast pace fps is a long time

 

PS: don’t forget hull healing frigs heal just as much all time permantly, and are not hard to bring down

If you need something with a quick cooldown, that is what the hull resist buff is for.  

 

Repair Kit is more for being Captain on Combat Recon, getting Fear Me in a Fighter.  

 

Try out the resists first.  

repair kit wont even heal a quarter of the hull every  4 mins, yet shield healing heals just as much every 30 seconds.

 

Naturally jeri will want to shield heal and a empire hull heal… i mean come on 2k hp every 4 mins? its worthless as it is. if was to split cd/hp ratio you be healing 250 hp in same time it take a full shield heal cycle.
