How do I set up my tablet for playing?

I use a Wacom One tablet.

 

When I try to use the stylus, the reticle doesn’t move at all.

Mouse tracking in the game changed way back in the early days. I used to be able to control it with mine but one day a patch went out that made it impossible. No idea what the difference is, but the mouse always stays in the middle and never moves.
