Teamwork is hard to coordinate especially in pugs, as we don’t know each others skills… what i suggest is icons above friendly’s who have specific support skills, ie if they have hull or shield repair that works in proximity then you get icons for each active ability.
This way when we broke and beat up, we know who to go to to fix up…
Same should go with fighter command buffs etc etc
…
This small thing can actually encorage teamwork more, as people will be more inclined to stick close to people giving buffs.
