I support this idea.

 

I could go with 3 cargo spaces.

However, Mauler has 8 of them now.

Would that affect all ships?

Mauler lacks hull slots.  He wants it for Archdragon instead so he can have 12 slots.

Maybe just +1 Cargo Slot? +2 might give too much of an ‘advantage’ to certain high-end interceptors.

Advantage of what? It’s only to carry stuff. You lose a hull slot, you lose speed, it’s a huge handicap in invasion. It will be easier for both bots and players to hunt you down.

You might want to add a bonus for PvP/PvE, so lazy folks like me can have an excuse to leave it on all the time.

But yeah, neat idea. More farming time.

I do not mind even if they do it as a build up module where you have to farm ore first, so you can farm easier later … or buy premiums.

You know, alternatives.

 

But it fits everything in my head. You know the transports ? Well, those are slow, bulky and with almost 0 maneuverability, but I imagine they haul lot’s of stuff.

 

With disadvantage being 20% on white towards 10% on purple (for example) 2 slots are not so OP.

Well, they only carry two things. A container and a mineral deposit.

 

But yeah, sounds neat. Obviously, more than two extra cargo spaces would be a bit much.
