Guard Module - Centurion

Increases damage of guard drones by 100% in a 700 meter range for 7 seconds. Non-stackable. Upgrades consist of increased range of maybe up to 2000. Add or subtract values for balance. Medium to medium-long cooldowns.

Possible abuses: Cycling of modules to get a total of 28 seconds of increased guard drone damage w/o implants or synergy bonuses; Buffing 2 beacons at a time due to implants and synergy bonuses.

Possible Fix: Module may only be activate when the defender icon in active on the status bar.

Edit: Doubles drone durability.

This is a really bad idea due to the fact :

 

  • The module is limited to 3 gamemodes compared to other modules that can be used everywhere
  • The idea is bad because Guarding a Beacon while being close to it is really a bad idea and a bad positionning.
  • Combat drone are in paper, it will just be a waste of module slots

Sure, it isn’t like guard drones get played out of invasion.
