I would purpose the idea of adding a bar, or dots to show the power of a charge when holding LMB for hail storm and heavy plasma weapons.
Also their heating rate needs a reduction.
Okay, something is wrong, i agree with you! 
As far as the heating rate reduction would be nice for it to be lowered but i can manage with out it.
