Dear GE, one way to make your players give up paying real money is to create a third party, shadowy method of payment which is supposedly going through PayPal. Just a minute ago I wanted to buy some standards and what I saw was a strange page with gray fields (looks like a 2nd grade kid’s homework) none of them working properly, none of them is required to be filled and more than that - even when payment method is selected the button “proceed” does nothing else but to be pressed as many times as I like.
I’m not going to use your shady payment method going through god knows where before it reaches PayPal. That doesn’t make me feel secure about my account, so I won’t buy anything anymore until you make things they used to be last month. You either bring back the old payment method that took you directly to PayPal’s page or if you really don’t need money anymore just post a topic (or even make a new patch) claimimg you don’t need our money anymore and I (we) will find another company which is more interested in their customers accounts security.
And if you don’t - congratulations, you just started killing this game. WoT is going down for a few years already and it seems you have the same desire about SC. And when you run out of players you’ll have to shut down the servers and only then you’ll realize what I was talking about.
Don’t buy from strange third-party sites. Or maybe fix your browser. Dunno.
Indeed, I agree with Snib. Its something on your end or your trying to do something wrong via 3rd party/illegal way of getting them lol. I got some standards just fine. Granted i do it ingame, by saying by, than through steam i add the funds, than i use the steam funds to buy and poof, they were there instantly.
I have purchased Pirate DLC (Sai one) through their website, way before it was released on Steam, went smooth like a Paver through kids playground, got my Sai within minutes.
Use Steam? Part of why I used steam was I knew Steam would be better off against hackers than Gaijin, unless the Russian hackers are doing Gaijin’s IT work defensively.

Screen 1 - everything appears to be normal. Everything except for the part that says I’ll be redirected to some Gate2shop processing which I can’t avoid.
Screen 2 - nothing is normal. That crap wasn’t there last month.

I have no idea what you are doing, but it works for me like a charm using PayPal
Same as xKostyan, I don’t get that screen 2 either, never seen it before (I just tried and I get cleanly forwarded to PayPal). You should contact support with that.
rado this is clearly your problem not Gaijin’s. Please send a ticket to the support and stop acting like that. I’m sure you will get the help you need.
