Can you plz stop put mass of players in Russian server. even if the player select US server, the game take 5min of wait and put you in a RU server.
Or better, put a option to select the server i DON’T WANT play. Man, the Ru server have a horrible latency (300+ ping for me and my brazil buddies). Europe and US server is ok but the Ru is horrible. Or simple leave the Ru server only for Ru peoples.
My US ping is +/- 150(looks hight but is perfect to me play, no drunk ship, short delay betwin shots), EU ping is +/- 230(no great actual change from US server). But My RU ping is 350+ and packet loss… Then some guys will come say " you can select us server", well i do this only to wait 5min and be put in a RU server anyway. The biggest problem is when the game have 1500+ players, the matchmake put you ONLY in RU server.
I have the same ping as you ArqueiroX, since I’m playing from Argentina. Whenever I end up in RU servers, it’s “Frigate Time”, 'cause it’s the only thing I can maneuver with the inmense ping.
Selecting US/EU servers puts me in matches ranging from 3v3 to 12v12 (this last one don’t happens often, almost once every 20 matches), while playing in RU is ALWAYS a full match.
I have a great internet connection and can really notice the ‘lag’ on the RU servers as well.
Note; my ping on US servers is much higher than my ping on RU servers, but even despite this the RU servers seem less pleasant. Packet loss and general poor connectivity seems rampant in that region.
In my previous job I was in charge of an international hosting business and I can totally relate to these issues. The Russian region generally has a poor infrastructure and servers there suffer badly from this. It would be pleasant if Star Conflict moved more towards the Western Europe region for their hosting as this still provides US players with decent connectivity as well - whereas RU really doesn’t.
It may not be perfect, but think of the average player and ensure the game has sufficient appeal to the US market.

Exactly like me. US server hovers @100-250 easily, but it isn’t felt that bad. On RU with 60-80 (or the average of 130) it is MUCH WORSE. Also getting a heckton of packet losses.
Well, since the last update, the game put you in ONLY russian server, and this suck. ru server ping is horrible and now you is forced to play in this server, chose a diferent result in massive wait time and whe you enter in a match is in a Ru serv…
It’s weird, but no matter which server you choose, you end up in the RU one. And it’s starting to get ugly the fact that sometimes my friends or I get 3000 ping O.o
