Some french speaking guys hijacked this thread, NOOOO!
おはようございます。처는 잭시스임니다. 请多指教。
Oh another funny story I have to share.
This was back in the days where i was not part of NASA. (Hard to believe right?)
Me and my friends from the Stoned Assassins used to form our own frigate balls back in the day where modules were universal and they stacked effects!
2 frigates both with pulsar and healing modules. Unstoppable.
It was quickly nerfed and then modules couldn’t stack soon after we destroyed EVERYONE!
I’m glad to say that I’ve been around during those days, even if it was only T1. I remember having Aegis and Coating on my Lynx MkII, but I can’t remember if the modules stayed active even when I cloaked. And the cloak used to be waaaaay better: same duration, but damage wouldn’t decloak you.
Language thead… Enjoy my native language! I’m the 1st in this thread who is speaking german.
Leute, ernsthaft, wieso reden wir hier nicht gleich alle Weltsprachen oder erstellen ein extra Forum in dem man permanent das Thema wechseln kann.
I think some guys in this forum could reply in german…
Anyone can reply :taunt:
Yes… With low grammar-Google Translator. xD

Tangina this. Pumunta ako rito upang makipaghalubilo sa kapwa kong piloto. Hindi magdiskusyon ng lenggwahe!
I’d reply in Japanese, but I can’t construct a sentence worth a damn in that language. 冗談じゃない。

Lol I only learned Katakana and some Hiragana. Kanji is wayyyy beyond my language skills. Did you know Japanese students have to learn all 1000+ Kanji characters plus the 40ish from Katakana and Hiragana? And here we thought 26 letters in English was hard to learn lol.

I don’t know who you thought about when you say ‘we’, but i don’t think anyone thinks 26 letters is too much to learn.
You’d be surprised lol… The state of Kentucky comes to mind ;)wt.

You’re on your way, man. Both 'kanas will help you learn kanji more easily. Don’t give up on it.

Katakana and hiragana aren’t that difficult, TBH. Kanji is difficult because it’s radically different from many languages, so for me I find it easy because kanji is almost identical to Chinese. Besides, Japanese and Korean languages were influenced by the Chinese language spoken during the Tang Dynasty; the Min dialect, to be exact, and I can more or less speak and understand the Min dialect.
TL;DR: I cheated.
I just wish you could skip learning the moon runes, and learn in romanized. I don’t care for Japanese writings, i find them unnecessary, but the language itself seems nice.
Check Korean for example, their writing i can accept, it’s perfectly logical and can be handled.

Hangul is a beautiful thing, it was constructed to be easily learned by the mostly illiterate population at the time. The letters are shaped to visually represent the place in the mouth where the corresponding sound is created. I find that script quite fascinating.
