Frigate healing modules

Their effects shouldnt stack and give diminishing returns if theres more then 1

 

I keep having almost dead captains in my aim that regen faster then my missiles+weapons fire can hurt them.

 

That just is not right.

They have never stacked to begin with…

Some people say they do. I am pretty sure they don’t but a mod post would be appreciated.

You can see it from the scrolling combat text or if you simply check how much your HP goes up <.<

As usually im the only healing frig in my team i cant say for sure, but if an interceptor out-regens a mk3 plasma+kinetic missile salvo from a empire fighter something is terrible wrong

Nothing to do with repair auras though as they do not stack.

according to the devs, the healing rate with any buff is always lower than the weapon that deals the lowest damage of that tier
 

I’ve been playing Short time ago my Frig with a found exper. guided shield repair, the one where you and the allie with lowest shield around 4300 m get 6 sek repair with about 440 a sek. I was able to keep a bomb planter alive who was under Fire of at least 3 defender. And that not once. But this let me not feel it’s overpowered , it lets me feel i’m in right place to the right time .

For this captain Thing that Happens more often to me either , the trick is kill the frig around him first. I know Sounds BS , but it’s the only way. And 2nd , never go alone , combined firepower is the key. Sry but i find it good , that it can be like that , that a single attacker is lost. It’s a team game .

If a plasma + kinetic missle salvo Imp. Fighter , clears everything alone , then sth. is wrong with it :wink:

As i usually have a team that cant even kill a single fighter on their own. In that particular match i was facing the captain by accident, i slaughtered a couple frigs and fighters and had him in my sight. Got him almost then 3 frigs spawned and bam, cap was back to full from just needing one more missile for the kill. Mave i oversaw something but that was ridicoulus, and it happened twice.

Frigates can also have a module available that when used will repair the lowest ship in some radius.  This is a short-lasting use-module with a cooldown, but if a couple frigs had them, they could use them all at once to heal their captain up pretty nicely.  A frigate with the normal healing AoE, and one or two that have the direct-heal things can probably bring someone up pretty fast together. 

That could be a possibility, tho if i recall right in my halfsleep, thats not t2 tech, and im quite forced to fly t2 because my bf only has a templar on t3 so far

True, at least if you are keeping said Templar out of your lineup.  If you have even one T3 in the linup you get into T2-3 matches and enemies can use T3 stuff.

I aint that stupid…

Hmm, T2 you say? I can’t remember that well , i only play T3 at the moment. Well , to boost their captain that well in T2 … I dunno , but can Imagine it’s not that easy as it is in T3 , so may be bad surcumstances for you , the attacker, 2or3 Frigs + selfhealing module used in the right time ;( .

Ps: keep your bf pushing , T3 is so much smoother :wink:

Its quite impossible to do so in t2… the best i have are green healing buff’s on my frig, because you cant actually get them any other way.

 

And i keep doing, in the meantime i grind me all the mk3 modules i desire^^ tho my last t3 pvp’s had been interceptor swarms stunlocking whole spawns
