Federation Tiger-M (Level 11 fighter)

Hei guys, i noticed Empire Level 11 fighter has 4 passive slots, Jericho level 11 fighter has 4 passive slots, why does the Fed fighter have 3 at level 11?

 

Please fix it.

That’s not a good reply. I checked the missles and for example Jericho has 10 heavy slots, but still 4 passive mods, at the same level.
