Tried it and for me he starts to download the complete client and not only the patch.

I did it in 1 hour and a half (not Bad)…
Tried with launcher first but problem is that downloading just 700 mb with the launcher would have taken 6-7 hours…

My maximum download speed is 120kb/s so a download takes me a long time
I only want the patch, yet I seem to be getting the whole client again, my question is this “do we get the new updated client complete with the new patch or do we get the client then have to go on the hunt for the patch?” perhaps the Devs should make this a priority fix so that we only get the latest patch.
A link in the launcher to download the latest patch only would also be much appreciated, and not a torrent link either as not everyone understands how torrents work.
Ah well, only another 2 days and 16 hrs to go before i get the full download and the possibility of overshooting my Broadband allocation again ;)wop

C’mon guys 36 hrs or even more to download 3GBS of data and its still down loading, there is a real problem here ( please do not go into the Torrent thing as there are not enough people online to seed)
It’s an amazing game and I am sure a lot of people from our global village want to play.
I would really like to buy into this game but if I have to spend the whole weekend trying to download the whole game to update a few files when a new patch comes up (and please do not go in to the torrent crap) then sorry but EPIC FAIL. Every thing else is running fine but you really need to sort this down load problem out and soon,
I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who feels this way but it might be a really good idea to sort out the down loads now (rather than pretty scenarios) Get a grip and sort the down load issue out first. I am giving this game one more chance then consigning it to the toilet, yes i feel that strongly about this .

This topic is not about complaining about the player count. Furthermore both games are still in beta and they are far away from dead.
