yes down load can be long but it does speed up at times, may only take half or less time then it has posted.
I’m downloading for more than 3 hours now and still the same speed :014j:
The launcher is linked against libtorrent/0.16.1.0 . So you are getting already what you are asking for. Since you can’t limit the outgoing rate libtorrent is kindly killing the download speed for you.
Just wait for the seeder/leecher ration to become bearable (that will happend after you are done with the download).

As far as download speed, the further you are from the server the more routing switches you have to go threw which slows your down speed.
I am sure that this will be looked in to by the Devs.

It is working. It’s just terribly slow because they forgot to limit the upload rate. see: http://www.rasterbar.com/products/libtorrent/manual.html#set-max-uploads-max-uploads
set_max_connections() might help too.
The best way is to allow the user to set the upload rate. I’m not overly happy to seed in the highest gear after the torrent is done, if that makes youtube and friends choppy.

I got 600kb/s now (700ish would be max) with µTorrent. seedfr.yuplay.com:27032 is a pretty hot seeder.

How the heck are you guys downloading the game with utorrent? I only get the official launcher options.

Simply create fe. utorrent and post it here or on your website to download and everything will be ok, now i have speed between 10-33 kbps and it’s terrible…
Lol… 6 hours for 1GB what a joke… Normally its 15-30 minutes.
Just be patient for some little time, I will ask for a solution.
I just downloaded the game yesterday and played it for 1-2 hours.
Today i wanted to play again, start the launcher and it starts to download the game again.
If i use the game.exe the game starts, but i wont get into the login screen it just stays black after the Intro.
Is this just a huge patch or do i have a bug.
