Like in every corp they have some realy good players and some not so good.have seen some guys with dsr like 1200 and average skills, but moust of them are top pilots.

LOL - So thats you !! The man who runs away EVERY game and does very little :facepalm: (Just because you have a DSR of over 1500 does not mean you are good, especially when you have only killed 7 ships max in any battle )
And just for info - Ive seen countless matches where ESB fight ESB, saying they refuse to fight each other is wrong. There are times where I have seen the ESB player on my side ‘run away’ but this is due to it being pointless attacking, as you are both outnumbered and outgunned (I ran away with them !!)
Only last night Zapp and myself went head to head with 3 different ESB squads (With varying results :lol: ) If anything - The ESB guys on the other side all focused Zap immediately

I really dont think my fellow corp-mates hate me, if Im in the opponent team, they just think: Oh, its Kipps that nawb, Ignore him, and focus Zap. Good for you, Kipps :taunt:
And since I heard that there will be 2-3 ESB Teams in the next tourney its like early preparation, since the chances are quite high that we meet each other there :storm:

I guess I never faced you before, but 1500 is not that high, you can mantain it without playing extremely carefully.
I have more than 1700 and I wasn’t called dsr xxxx yet because I’m always top 3 efficiency (playing 95% of my games solo due to this xxxx MM)
