Do you guys actively recruit or do you always passively recruit?
i just can say, if you are good and looking for a corp where you can squad with everyone and you dont regret it… try to get in :yes_yes:
for example in mumble i feel like at home everyone is fine nobody insults you or something, and im realy not a easy person but this guys are realy nice,
only problem, if you know no russian it will be harder to squad up because not all speaks english but we have some good english players, around 6 active i think
at least i can say at the moment is esb the only thing that keeps me in star conflict :)wt

what is “passively recruit”? waiting for recruit? if so then … no, we “look for” the pilot we need. we can see them on the batlfield and then ask to join…
the more thing i can say is… we don’t have rule, order or regulations… only a few optional requests (they are in the first post)
Every pilot individually decide: when, with whom and how to play.
Personally, I think that’s why we are going through all these patches … because everyone can decide himself, to play or wait … decide “how” to play … how to entertain themselves … come and play every day or once a week …
Joining ESB is a high-risk manoeuvre for the western world… You’re kinda screwed if you don’t know russian as not a lot of them know english… I could be wrong, though, I’ve only flown with Nova pilots and most of the ones I flew with barely knew any english to speak of…
Flying with Raymaru solves the language barrier perfectly for me, since he can speak russian and german.
But Im also getting better in understanding the russian chat, there are some phrases which are used by all gamers independently from the language they speak.
I figured that we can also fly good without voice-comm… I just look out for my squadmates as they do for me. :yes_yes:
And indeed: The “How the joining to ESB looks like” seems quite familiar

I just hope they dont send in bears in suits and take people out all mission impossible style. Thanks for the answers guys!
That’s sort of how I picture the recruiting for you guys.

Any tips for everyone who doesn’t speak Russian? I hate seeing Cyrillic because I just don’t know any of it. To make things worse, a lot of teammates are Russian and don’t speak English!

Translate.ru as much as possible. (I still hope for an option to copy-paste the chat, since its annoying to go in chatlogs)
With time i learned a little vocabulary. Still cant write tho.
i hope its a joke Comrad… because i realy hear every time your keyboard in mumble O_o
Oh, so it’s like Peter’s keyboard. Loud every time he hits a key. So loud he has to mute himself in order for other people in squads to actually hear eachother.

That’s just because I’m angry with the world and take it out on my keyboard.
