Do Duplicators Reset cooldowns? because I fought a guy in invasion mode he attacked me I fought back but when I almost killed him he used RT! (grr I hate that module) I caught up to him then killed him he used a duplicator then instantly RT’d away again and then killed me, if duplicators reset your cooldowns this is unfair in PVP situations. imagine killing a guard ship having used all your cooldowns (pulsar, shield booster and emergency booster,) and beating the person only to have them respawn full hp and full cooldowns ready, i know you can argue well you can use duplicator too, but that kinda besides the point. i think like using a jumpgate duplicator only repairs your ship, your missiles/modules should be on full cooldown, this removes abuse of the duplicator system.

BUT, if they wait the cooldowns reload while they are in the deathscreen. So if he waits the ~40 seconds (dunno the exactly RT reloading time on a mauler) It was a Mauler, right?
Guy jumped ~ 40 sec reloading time. You kill him after probably 20 seconds. He dies and you look at the loot ~15 seconds, 5 seconds later he revive. You see that. he jumps. Cooldowns are not resetted by duplicators, just to clarify that.

Also it wasn’t a Mauler it was a Dragon or Archdragon.
Of course, implants. Ship buffs. And the Mk1/2/3/4 version of the module. They all change the cooldown time. The Mk4 RT of my Archdragon has a cooldown of 37,1 seconds *OP*.
To your ninja edit. Well then. An Archdragon with the right implant can has a RT reloading time of less than 35 seconds. That would maybe explain your situation.
Duplicator & Premium ship revive work absolutely as the same.
Yeah, RT has a wildly low cooldown. I’d guess that that person simply waited it out. In a 1v1 situation, an LRF can usually jump two or three times before dying, if they don’t manage to kill you first. Or you successfully blocked them with your ship’s chassis. Neither of which is likely.
They seriously need to release the Invasion modules for the other ships.
So many people are complaing about RT.
I can feel more of the US player base buying Star Citizen.
Fix RT by making modules for the rest of the ships. Not these slightly better then what you are currently using module. I don’t want pirated Orion module. I want something that does something fun.
Give gun ship pilots another xxxx kickin boots module. Guards another hurt you for being near me module. ECM, nothing cause it is frikkin OP. CO another I crit you good module…
Make the frikkin game already. Stop making new UI! You do that when you are near completion, you aren’t near completion. You have to have something people are willing to play for it to be nearly complete.
