I find it qiute unfair that when you fly an Empire frigate and enter “sniper mode”, e.g. start using Disintegrator you have to wait a full reload cylce before you can fire the thing…
I do understand it is done for balance reasons to prevent people from instantly firing it from time to time while fighting with conventional weapons, thus increasing their DPS… but still, the Jericho frigates do not need to wait to fire their missiles, they just press F and boom, it flies, it hits, it can kill the attacking interceptor, etc…
…So I’d like to recommend that whenever you enter Disintegrator mode, the very first cooldown which you have to wait before being able to fire should be shorter… like half the time of the usual reload rate.
That shorter cooldown on the first shot would still prevent people from randomly firing it during melee fights, but would also compensate against the instant fire of Jericho frigates.
Of course the current module cooldown which triggers whenever you leave Disintegrator mode should not be removed or halved, otherwise people would just togge Disintegrator on and off all the time, to continually get the quick reload bonus of the first shot.
…ye a gun that in proficient hands obliterates you across the map without much warning needs a serious buff
Jericho torps just got a big nerf, after a light nerf, they can be shot down and blinded. while being slow and cumbersome, no thank you. If a thing like this would be done, t2-1 implants should work again.
Yeh we also need uranium-depleted laz0r guns, that ignore shields and shoot right in the cockpit, killing the pilot;
and THEN you can cast corpse-explosion on the empty ship for a supernova, dealing 213.000 damage to everyone within 10km.

But srly, prechared desintegrator will be exploited by peaple fire te main gun on target and FFFFFFF to deal desisntegrator damage and change to main weapon again.
some are telling the got shotted in one shot , by disintegrators …as i remember i never been able to shoot down any ships if is full in shield and hull in just one shot (maybe just fed ceptors ? ) anyway also when one ceptor die the times a sniper need to hit isn’t a good percentage i many time try to shoot once twice , and keeping longer without any way to do any damge …i prefer target sloly targets with disintegrators , at least i not loose chance to make damage.
making the reachrge slower will become a never ending shooting beteen frigates lol , i hope it will never be so.
