The whole Warhoom business was meant to deceive everyone and cheat in SQ. Anyone can see that. And it is going on for quite some time.
What will be the future of SQ if these things are allowed to happen over and over again?
Love the loyalty changes! Anything to make the currencies less complicated would be good. Now can we get rid of all these different “part collecting” currencies and merge them into one “ship parts” currency that can be used on any ship and obtained in any tier pvp? The restrictions are very frustrating and complicated. I still have no idea how I’m supposed to obtain styx module parts

or just add flat priced alternative* routes to the RNG gathering via missions. or random drops. anything to actually make them acquirable.
most possibly without having to play specific gamemodes for unlocks - such stuff should be reserved for non-gameplay-changing content.
But basicly, agreed, great news.
it is okay to tease and advertise other gamemodes a bit (daily bonus missions, bonus stuff basicly), but anything that forces me to not play what i wanted to play makes me not play at all.
gathering of resources should not be merely added in ways, that makes older filthy rich players have to reacquire it aswell, not that I do not appreciate the thought behind that, but it is counter productive for the big picture; each time such a new path of income is added, grind is added at the end of the line. atm I do not feel the amount of resources you can acquire ingame have deeper choices behind them, everything is just increasing linearly, just trying to delay the endgame further, like there is none.
It makes the multitude of resources not feel like resources at all.
a good example would be the gathering missions you send your ships for: the choice what to gather wasn’t so bad in the start, just the rewards and cooldown times were pretty lame, it should just make more sense. So players can say: “I focus on getting MC this week” or “I focus on getting credits today”, or “I really want more parts for the Karud special module, instead of xy”.
Just dont stop making a game, instead of a substitute program for the unemployed.

*) A great system that works with RNG drops, but offers flat price shop aswell, is imho e.g. dirty bomb, where you can not only loot cards, combine cards, or buy crates containing random cards, to get your ideal layouts, but also pay a higher flat fee to get a very specific single card; while all game-changing parts are directly acquirable linearly, cosmetic and epeen stuff is however only reachable with grind. Besides the quality of the rest of the game, that aspect of that title is a showcase for what you can do with only -one- resource to get a good system out of it. I really encourage you guys to take a look at that for inspiration.

But when I was busy I just parked at the gate and left to do whatever. Was always done when I got back.
Over 200 crystals with 4/5 modules crafted(T3 variants).

Plate sound nice, but need tests/builds for it. I doesn’t tank with hull, so it’s for me currently not of a use. And only if needed for the 6th phase I will build it else I will pass it until later.
