How are they doing to fit in the game story wise?

In our war against the aliens we developed the dreadnoughts to counter them in the most fearsome ways, although corps didn’t receive enough payment so they said " NO" and took their dreadnoughts for their own mercenary wars.
So, open space still full of Aliens the factions had started to cooperate with a certain experimental ship lab called " OmegaIndustries", they paid them a good amount so they started to develop a ship based on the unstable resource " Neodium". Those ships were the Destroyers.
With this resource pilots became able to build their own Destroyers and kick some alien butt to avenge the dozens of failed missions, rekt ships and destroyed transports as well as kick some pirate’s butt. Considering that’s what most mercenaries would do after some research.
They decided to bring the blueprints on the market and now there are buildable ships like the " Rakzaroth", the " Doomslayer", the " Koromagic", but even those had their variations like the " Rakzarius", the " Rakzarian", the " Rakzarom" and the experimental " Rakza’s ButtEnlarger" (No offense, Rakza xD).
And so aliens got butthurt, industries were rich, Factions are satisfied and players got their revenge… And all were happy.
