I haz an Aydya, thay shud giv mee an abilty to giv hoevr I want an amo that can wn hit kil, and it traks and folos enemes, and its speeeed iz 1 mayl/secnd. This shud stap Ace skillz ppl from beyng skillfal and stap thum frum haking or haxing tha gam.
They take the less dmg because they have the least HP of all ships.
Interceptors can be killed with 1/2 shots of a 10km/s positrons,that is if you know how to use your mouse. Covert ops is fine as it is.It’s hit and run ship,it has the least survivability of all 3 interceptors.
They are so fast, it is nearly impossible to hit them with coil mortar/singularty, they shouldn’t have any damage penalty in the begininng.
Try to hit a stupid interceptor with 10km positron that turning around like an idiot and does 20k damage in 10 seconds

I think Developers and most of the community don’t know what is interceptor and its purpose.
well… my guard eats interceptors that trying to attack our beacons… And 20k dmg in 10s? Maybe in T1, in T5 we are talking 70-100k in that time…
Get rid of that arc thing and i be find with interceptors.

Destroyers? OP? Please, ram a plasma arc up their engine nacelle and they’re as good as a potato in space. Orbit them and fire piercing missiles until they are dead. Rinse and repeat.
The only qualm I have about destroyers are destroyerballs with 2 engis. There should be a hard cap (say, 2-3 destroyers) per team. Any pilot that tries to take one after that cap is reached should not be able to select the destroyer in their lineup.
I find 11k proj speed Eclipse+Drones effective against interceptors so far. Still they are OP

Anyways, Interceptors have been the dominating role for a while now.
Point is, they can take a lot of damage due to adaptives + mobility + extra resistance to exposion damage while dishing out lots of damage, the fact that they are the only ones who can face destroyers without fear proves again their strength…
And here we have a classic example of someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

This, my friend is 100% true. I was in my destroyer, and only interceptors attacked and crushed the hell out of me while I am struggling to follow their lead marker thingy, and none of my mates were around to help me. Anything that is not an interceptor will hesitate to shot me, even another destroyer.

Also learn what is interceptor then talk about them. Interceptor is meant to intercept a target or destroy hostile interceptors/Fighters/Bombers but hey there is no bombers
They do way too much damage, if you get behind a frigate it will die easly. Frigates actually Strikecraft(small ships like interceptors) hunter but in SC they are food for interceptors.
I even saw lone interceptor kiling a destroyer and people says Destroyers are overpowered.
No need to create a ship that is capable of hit and run. There is already something like that and that’s Tackler, it is fast and it can also cloak

Presence of multiple Destroyers on a team, makes almost all frigates and fighters obsolete and be next to worthless on enemy team, cause it can just warp in and take on 4-5 of them, doesn’t requer much skill, just a bit of common sense.
Multiple well built destroyers can negotiate the threat coming from interceptors, it shreds interceptors in a matter of 2-3 seconds the moment it goes for a plasma arc on a neighboring Destroyer, and trying to take down Destroyer with main gun will take a very looooong time.
Single destroyer or even a pair can be swarmed and over run, but 3-4 destroyers simply eliminate everything on its path that is not a destroyer itself.
