To which the federation agreed under classified terms. The most recent interaction regarding “Decanus” was a conversation with the UMC, in which they asked to have their modules equipped on engineers, another classified discussion later the UMC gave “Decanus” permission to run field tests with their mercenaries
Now “Decanus” is requesting mercenaries to test their equipment, and will allow mercenaries to keep the finished technology afterwards.

a drone with a rapid fire laser (360rpm) that has a long range (5km) and low damage (50 thermal damage per shot), enemies have their weapon damage reduced by 25% for 10 seconds upon being hit by this drone. max 1 drone at a time, drone lasts indefinitely.
